Note : As our all product includes gold price of the product,  Making charges of the product, shipping Insurance and payment provider, so all the charges will be deducted except gold value one is returned 100% to the buyer after receiving the product.

Refund Process: Our all Gold Jewellery Returned with refund with 90% gold value only. Some Products are not exchangeable and refundable like Silver jewellery, Silver Items all, Silver showpiece, lamination Pola, Imitation jewellery, Gemstones and pooja items and offer products ETC.

For all replaceable product without any charges please make an opening video to ensure the company about defect of the product so we can replace it as soon as possible.
